I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

Was the Spurs player sent off ? Or 'just spoken to' because, well, it was Spurs ?

I remember the game & watching an imperious Sol Campbell & thinking that if this was the standard we were in trouble.

Hadn't we trounced a few teams in Coca-Cola Cup before we played Chelsea?

Tell me about it, I have this argument nearly every weekend with them.

A lot of the younger PNE fans seriously think they are a ‘bigger’ club than us because they’ve been in a higher division for the last 8/9 years.

I have to learn to stop winding them up so much, which is difficult at 10pm on a Saturday night after a great away day and a head full of alcohol. 😁

Totally deluded

Cant blame the Hemmings family for wanting to cut their losses and sell up

3 generations of  PNE fans have had precious little to celebrate - the highlight  of their achievements being watching defeats  to us in 2001 and then again  4 years later to West Ham in Championship play off finals

12 million a year to keep the merry go round turning slowly round and round

How much better  the Roller Coaster ride of following BWFC

Must be awful to  look  over to ALL your local rivals - Blackpool Blackburn Burnley Bolton and even Oldham and Wigan who all achieved Premiership Football and in some cases European Football, and finding all there is to look forward to is wearing a plastic  bowler hat next time Gentry Day comes around.

Don't mind PNE as I know loads of Preston fans and they're generally alright. Also can't forget how they helped our staff out when the shit hit the fan a few years ago by donating £2000 worth of shopping vouchers, and tried to avoid any resulting publicity.

Having said that, I fucking loved that season we beat them 2-0 Home and Away, then 3-0 in the Play-Off final, with Ricketts coming off the bench to score in all 3 games.

Preston fans got hard over selling more tickets than us at Cardiff

never given a toss about them don’t register

I like Preston because Blackpool hate them and they hate Blackpool.

Went radders today won 3-1 800 plus on (didn’t look it tbh)

£10 in £4 Madri

We ended up at daisy hill. Loads of space behind goal for the kids to mess about. Wanna start doing radcliffe as it's round corner, but they won't sit still for a full 90 yet..need a bit of space

800 is very good

When i did the odd visit in the 70/80s it was usually a cpl of hundred

I did chorley, free entry, free coffee, padded seats and it still holds no attraction

1300 on

They won 3 0

2331 on at South Shields where Colls managed to keep it to 0-0

Charles had a good game for NI. Had one ruled out and was unlucky with a couple. Hes a menace for defenders.

Bradley played too, hes going to be a class above that lad. They won 2-1 with 2 late goals.

Elsewhere Bakayoko played 63 mins for Sierra Leone 🇸🇱....lost 4-0 to Sarf Efrika.

Trafford didn't play for U21 and Im not sure when Iceland play? Presume Bods in there.

Yeah. I know.

But we've seen both playing for us. Who would you rather...

Left out because he was still recovering from injury when the squad was picked.
