mickbrown Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Just looked at the prem table for the first time in god knows how long. I knew the bottom 3 are miles off but Jesus, didn’t realise Spurs and United are 1 and 2 place off the relegation places Quote

Why don't we just fuck the whole of football off and just let the top 4 play eachother every week. We were the first English team to beat Red Star in Belgrade Quote

Duck Egg Posted May 11 Posted May 11 Watching the Wycombe Charlton match. Christ, it's terrible. Last years team of ours was so far ahead of these two, it's shocking how far we've fallen that we finished well behind this. Quote

Two very average teams and probably shows how bad we’ve been this year. That said the Orient v County match was excellent so it was probably just the pressure tonight that got to the teams? Surely they can’t be this bad in the next game? Quote

Absolute gash & an indictment of first division football My only caveat to the above is that both teams can slug it out & defend well. Something clearly missing in our team. Quote

Did we go down with 41 the Chelsea last game year? Think we went down on goal difference with 40 points. If i remember rightly we just had to match Evertons result to stay up. I think they ended up drawing at home to Coventry, we lost, the rest is history! Quote

I was very surprised at the level of vitriol. Edited May 12 by Tonge moor green jacket Quote

Brain-dead rule and one they've been warned about the potential consequences. countless times. Can tell the fuckers who come up with these things have never played the game. Hope he makes a full recovery. Quote
Cheese Posted May 14 Posted May 14 25 minutes ago, gonzo said: Bad do with this Forest chap. If the lino had flagged when he was supposed to it wouldn't have happened... When an immediate goalscoring opportunity is likely to occur, assistant referees are told to keep their flag down until the passage of play is complete. If a goal is scored, the incident can then be reviewed by the video assistant referee (VAR). Quote
