Same time I have no issue on it as every club in that comp does. The kick back used to be that they don’t get tested regularly so can’t raise their game. People will say it’s getting rid of the galactico policy, I reckon that helped. But I think they’ve just built a good team with a good manager. Also worth noting they only came alive after the 2nd half v Man City. Id like Inter to win but they’d be worthy winners. 2 hours ago, gonzo said: Exactly this. Why do folk have to think of bollocks to caveat this. Same with other clubs. They're just a good team with a superb manager. yeah don't get me wrong, I think Enrique has done a good job of building a solid, hard to beat, entertaining team you're not building that without cash I applaued the change in direction, which there clearly was, to do what they've done rather than just bringing big names in and hoping for the best I'm not one for the "farmer banter", but the rest of the French league is just generally lacking in any real quality, you can't argue that all PSG want is the CL and they've tried everything to win it, finally looks like they are on the right path Quote
Popular Post Zico Posted May 8, 2025 Popular Post Posted May 8, 2025 and well done to Harry Kane on his title and golden boot double bout time he had something to show for it all Quote

Because it reminds me of Football Italia of yesteryear, when all the stats used to pop up on the screen. The only one I can remember is the name for the top goalscorer, capocannoniere- head gunner 😄. That trophy would be spot on 👍 Quote
London Wanderer Posted May 8, 2025 Posted May 8, 2025 I’ll be supporting Inter all the way, can’t stand PSG. Hopefully it’ll entertain, but can see it being cagey at times. Quote

Zico Posted May 8, 2025 Posted May 8, 2025 I put £50 on PSG after the semi first legs so got £110 riding on them winning it Quote

Net transfer spend of £35m per annum for the last 6 years, seamless change from a hugely important manager to the next, won decent silverware and all whilst constantly improving the stadium. City would argue it of course, but they’ve not had to deal with losing Pep. I’m not one for a scouse love-in but you can’t deny how well they’ve been run for the past 10 or so years (always makes me laugh when you open the “today’s games” thread and it starts with “Liverpool are awful” - it’s not that long ago that they were very much like Spurs are now). One good thing about it is that United would kill to have been run as well. Quote

No reason to doubt this but I wonder what the source is, when about 90% of transfer fees are "undisclosed". Try finding any fees on the list of January transfers: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c5yd639d19po Quote
waffer cup 07 Posted May 9, 2025 Posted May 9, 2025 What an absolute joke when a side that could finish in the bottom 4 and having their worst season for years, could qualify for the chamoions league. Quote
