I was wrong, they're a bit early this year.

He's not throwing money blindly at players and staff.

In ten years I reckon they will be probably where they are now. A fully established self sufficient football league club.

I never said it was guaranteed. I was merely stating that at this present time they are in a better predicament than us. I can't see Andy Pilley going down the same route as us and others by running into massive debt. He's one shrewd fucker and worth an absolute mint. Any money spent on fleetwood has been his to spend.

 

The training complex has been paid for using a mixture of grants, private trusts and AP's money.

 

The complex isn't just for fleetwood town. Half the fylde coast will be using it plus schools.

 

I can't see him going for broke like Notts County did and signing players on ridiculous contracts shit or bust style.

my mate who is a blackpool fan, recons something dodgy between him and oyston. merger between afc fylde and blackpool, move to the new ground as sell bloomfield rd for a lot of money

Folk wouldn't be having a pop if he'd not back pocketed the money and instead spent some on trying to preserve our league status, instead were another 5 million down per year next season.
