I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

Mostly apathy

But

Half that starting line up and bench v Cardiff were academy lads who probably give more of a fuck than most

Seems to me we had the chance to give them shit but now there's no point

I agree with this most of those playing Saturday will be under 23 and have been let down by experienced shit pros I don't think we should boo these young lads.

What to write on these signs?

"Your tattoos look wank"

"that car of yours is a fucking shitbox"

"You're an ugly cunt and all those slags you shag are only after your money"

"You'll probably be bankrupt in ten years because you're as numb as a piss-stone"

"We all hope you contract STDs on your holidays"

"That watch makes you look like a twat"

Hit them where it might hurt, attack things they actually care about, as pointing out they're a disgrace to the shirt and their chosen profession is likely to wash over them like a slight breeze...

Wont be as bad as when a few went to rovers including a good pal.

Saw my first Leicester shirt with vardy on the back on an orange midget polishing his pole in the tramway in Blackpool:)

I've just been abroad and my lad got friendly with another 7 year old. Turns out he was from burnley. When asked who he supported, he said leicester.

At least that undermines Burnley's success this season, I suppose.

Haha wrong but quite funny

I'm surprised that folk give a shit where a supporter of a team comes from

If a kid from Birmingham watched us against Bayern Munich and decided to support us, we'd welcome it rather than deride it

There's two lads I know from round here that started supporting us thanks to Jay Jay and Youri when they were about 10.

No connection with the town whatsoever but still go now.

A 7 year old from Burnley supporting Leicester isn't anything surprising. Maybe his dad isn't interested in football, and it's a bit difficult for a 7 year old to get a season ticket. There are only really 2 routes into supporting your local club rather than a club that's fashionable at the time. Either your dad takes you to the match when you're a kid, or you start going when your a bit older, with your mates whose dads took THEM to the match. Maybe when we were flying high a few were attracted, but doubt there were many that hadn't had a previous interest.

Maybe I'm completely wrong.

Sounds like I'm not missing much by not having BT Sport Europe

1 shot on target

Im listening to it on the wireless, all I can hear is Spanish commentators shouting over Alan Green

It's been Real parking the bus for 60 mins and now trying to pick off tired city legs.

Joe Hart has just kept em in it.

Great save from hart. Wank game so far though.

This is a brilliant foul from carvajal.

Fuck off!

His dad was a Tunisian nutjob who wasn't around but I get what you mean.

Kids will always follow the glory unless they are shown what supporting a team is really about.

The Burnley kid will be a Tottenham supporter next season when they win the league.

8/1

Fixture Release Day a week later than I'd originally seen advertised, now Wednesday June 22.

Clattenburg ref at Athletico

Clattenburg ref at Athletico

Apparently our friend Mike Riley(as Referees Chief) detests Clattenburg and keeps trying to sideline him but FIFA like him. Read somewhere thats why there were two english Refs at last World Cup. So who's bigger cunt, gel boy or anorexic bastard?

They're all cunts.

They're all cunts.

With one big, bald, black exception.

Obvs.

God bless Uriah

Aye. Uriah be thy name.
