Prebooked trains to Sheff Utd as a result. 3 people count as a group ticket so paid the grand sum of £7.60 each for the trains that we’d have got anyway. Worth three or four pints versus the cost of a day return.

Having watched a game there the other week I genuinely haven’t got a problem with it. Yes it runs quicker than a grass pitch, but Hyde generally play one and two touch football on the deck that would have folk raving if played on a grass pitch at a higher level although obviously it might be a bit different tonight against a better side.

 

Most clubs will do plenty of training on 4G pitches, especially in the winter, so it’s not as if it’s a huge unknown.

Fair play that’s an unreal strike for MK.

I didn’t have a poppy on my coat when I went out. Though I’m more than happy to give a donation

 

That’s not to say I don’t respect the poppy and everything it symbolises but it seems to have become a fashion to knock people who don’t. The alternative is to wear one way in advance. Especially to appear on the bbc

Watched the Whites down the years, and it's only recently they have been wearing poppies, by all accounts it should have been done every single season since Remembrance Day.

It's been great for me seen every away game and 3-4 home games while out of country and as I'm in Spain all xmas will make use of it again it's brilliant. On the down side my 3 season tickets only been used about 4 times.
