Whites man Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 Perhaps they are playing proper football There's only one target man type forward at the club in Gary Madine so who would the other teams lump it up to? Quote

Traf Posted October 24, 2017 Posted October 24, 2017 Let's not beat about the bush here. The clamour for ALF's return to the team was hardly bolstered by him playing for an hour against kids/reserves/U23's (i no longer know the diference between them) and him scoring a penalty. He admitted on twitter that he should have scored at least 2 more. Armstrong is sacrificed out on the left in the current system (which looks stronger than anything else we've tried this season), but would ALF do a better job in that role? Unlikely. Quote

tomski Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 (edited) Odd one that. Seems daft that this has been pursued when the ffp seems to have become lax. On the flip side I remember how blase they were about it when the rest of us were trying to fall into line Edited October 25, 2017 by tomski Quote
MalcolmW Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 Odd one that. Seems daft that this has been pursued when the ffp seems to have become lax. On the flip side I remember how blase they were about it when the rest of us were trying to fall into line It has to be pursued otherwise the level of cheating to get into PL riches will increase. And if it means some relegated clubs in the next few years will be in serious trouble so be it. Quote
jturner Posted October 25, 2017 Posted October 25, 2017 Wolves will be looking at a massive fine for accumulating such a quality and expensive squad in the EFL. Quote
