The invitation is still there mate. I finish uni tomorrow and after a hectic fri night, sat and sunday I will be tapping the barrel of Three B's "Bee Blonde" 4% abv on Monday lunchtime.. Got it Wednesday so it should have managed to settle after the hilly car ride. So any time Monday, Tuesday or even lunchtime xmas eve.

Off different people, work and family, I've been given 7 different bottles of red. Add that to the 80 aldi booze shop yesterday and I reckon there will be enough to see us through to boxing day.

I think I might start with the Christmas cheer early to anesthetise myself before braving the mongol hordes (me included) getting last minute stuff and the barbers...

 

I was thinking mulled cider, but the only things on the recipe I've got is cloves, orange and cider - So I might just microwave a can of Strongbow instead (not in the can tho').

Ive picked some bits up from Greeleys, nipped to Aldi which looked like a scene from the Living Dead, been to Overdale where the daughter asked me where my stone was! Just had lunch in Lucianos and now relaxing. Couple of bits to wrap then champers and Lobster and King Prawns for tea!

To get the little ones to bed early tonight.

Someone has convinced our Maud (via FB) that the ISS is beaming down a hologram of Father Christmas on his sleigh.

 

I hope it is a wind up as I've just spent the past hour taking the piss out of her. Either way she will be stood at the window at 5.05 apparently
