Guest Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Ed Balls, you cannot govern in the event of getting 239 seats. I don't mind you but really you've made yourself look more ridiculous than I thought possible. Quote
Maggie Tate Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 If that Australian woman can't make an effort with herself this evening she never will. They even sell make up at the Body Shop these days, I think global warming made it all slide off her face. Quote
bgoefc Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Hate the fact that our voting policy will ignore us ukipers larger minority whilst supporting a government based on lib votes who have half the numbers. but thats the corrupt, first past the post for you! any how to make your self serving smug conservative.....I'm alreet jack feel even better, here is one form an alternative classic!.... enjoy! https://youtu.be/cvJ8u_zsOkU Quote
no balls Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 George Galloway losing his seat? Ho ho ho! Though the replacement doesn't sound any better. Quote
MalcolmW Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 y do they need 326 if they have 77 more anyway 650 in total. 325 is half that. 326 gives a majority. BUT Sinn Fein don't take their seats because of oath of allegiance. If SF win 4, there are only 646 seats taken, 323 is half and 324 gives a majority. The exit poll is untested in the genuine multi-party election that this one is. If the Cons have fallen short and almost wiped out the LibDems it is difficult to add much to their total. UKIP will clearly side with them, LibDems possibly and DUP if the price is right. If Cons cannot reach the required number then the rest combined does. Quote
bgoefc Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 Don't mind tony Blair one bit Before anyone says Iraq let me stop you there - I don't give a fuck about Iraq Labour will have to fuck this crackpot Milliband off and move back to the centre - they will be kicking themselves now that they went with that buffoon Balir = war criminal = bush friend and equally religious nutcase. Maggie Tate Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 George Galloway losing his seat? Ho ho ho! Though the replacement doesn't sound any better. He could not be worse and she has put up with appalling abuse the whole campaign, it's worth reading Louise Mensch's blog for the whole sorry story. In any case he might be going to prison because he (allegedly) re-tweeted exit poll numbers this afternoon, which is not allowed. Quote

If they do get 316 or thereabouts Cameron will surely govern on his own with vote by vote support from the DUP and whoever else. Quote

(and DUP have effectively said they will be bought by either side at a price). Quote
Guest Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I've got work tomorrow but can't go to sleep till I hear Jezzer say Hilling out! I reckon she's still in Quote
Maggie Tate Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 whoever else? (and DUP have effectively said they will be bought by either side at a price). Well you make my point for me really. Obviously the more seats they get the less help they need from others as they govern with a minority. It will take barely anything to buy off what I expect will be nine DUP MPs. 316 or thereabouts I think makes all this very, very straightforward for the Tories, except for possibly on Europe. Quote
mickbrown Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 How long do I have to stay up to get a general idea of what's going on? Because I'm flagging at the mo. Quote

Guest Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 (edited) How long do I have to stay up to get a general idea of what's going on? Because I'm flagging at the mo. Think it's pretty clear, that the Tories will govern with some sort of DUP or LibDem agreement. Go to bed. Edited May 7, 2015 by bwfcfan5 Quote
no balls Posted May 7, 2015 Posted May 7, 2015 I reckon she's still in that's a depressing thought to go to bed on. We need to be cut loose from the WN types. Quote

superbobby Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Apparently there are whispers that Labour will not have an MP in Glasgow or North Lanarkshire. Tom Clarke (Labour MP for Coatbridge & Chryston) once had the safest seat at Westminster Quote
Traf Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Tories won't need a deal. They'll either get enough to rule as a minority or they'll scrape 323. Fair play to them, they've got their voters to turn out and defy the pre-election polls. Quote
Bigtoe Posted May 8, 2015 Posted May 8, 2015 Kinnock remains a deluded fool And a bad loser Aye... he said the millions who have voted tory are deluded. Ex ginger twat. Quote
