  • Craft ale is a better product, better marketed than the mass market swill you dole out.   Then again I would prefer a real ale over either of them.

  • I will buy you a pint of John Smiths Smooth Flow on Saturday then.

  • Anyone who thinks they are a punk by drinking a beer you can buy in Tesco is a twat.

I love my craft ale, PAS and IPAs

However

In London for work

Had a pint in the euston tap

Got 4 cans for the train home, small cans not big ones

£19.60

It's gone too far

set of cnuts

draft punks an ace name for a pub

I'd have been semi sympathetic if Daft Punk's lawyers had got in touch.

When lawyers back down just because of bad publicity, it still means you're a set of dicks.

There's a lot of copycat branding with companies jumping on the back of others investment in marketing but Brew Dog have pulled all sorts of maverick stunts in developing their brand so it sticks in the craw that they pull a trick like this. Then back out and blame their lawyers.

Punks drink; gutrot homebrewed cider, K-Cider, Karpackie 9%, White Ace, anything stolen and Buckfast...

They most definitely do not drink overpriced cans of piss with superfluous plastic caps - brewed by litigious sellout hipster capitalist cunts.

You missed out Brasso filtered through a tramp's sock.

Brasso? It's £2.99 a tin these days...

Polish polish is drank more widely instead.

I think he invested all his ready cash into Starbucks

A bad investment right there, if anyone's got shares in these cunts in their portfolio I'll tip the wink before my exposé on their sink pissing antics is published...

Another tick for Aldi Red Rye

I've never tried any Brew Dogs to be fair but wont be going out of my way to purchase some after that little hissy fit.

Possible marketing exercise that's backfired?

Stick to Fullers and St Austell with the occasional dalliance with others

Brew dog just sold a massive stake to American private equity firm valuing the business at over a billion quid and short changing a load of small shareholders in the process.

Punk as fuck.

Personally I don't give a shiny shite about the Brewdog publicity. Tall Poppy Syndrome. Warm weekend. Fridge stocked with Punk IPA. Happy days. Drank it without caring. Had a lovely time

They piss in the vats, allegedly.

Edit: and gob greenies in it - hence the name.

I like all the constituent parts but together . . . ?

Mind you I tried peanut butter and jam (jelly) for the first time t'other week and had a 'garlic bread/cheese cake' moment

Had 10 different ales in the Beer School in Howfen last night.

2 of them were over 8% which I didn't realise until I'd supped them. Could barely see straight by home time

you all need to get on untapped and start to tick them off. been on it for a few years now. just ticked off over 1400 different beers, it becomes very addictive.

i also subscribe to beer 52 which send me 8 bottles a month for a price, had 8 delivered this week fro mikkeller a danish brewery

Tried a few Cumbrian ales up in Barrow this weekend - very nice

Wish I could remember what they were called. Just tried googling and the only one that's ringing a bell is Fell Brewery

Every single one was lovely. Guessing it's down to the Lake District water?????

Beer 52 do some good ales but at £24 a month for 8 330ml cans and bottles I tend to wait for deals. Last Groupon was superb, £12 for 8 beers and a £24 months pass, deals like that are not often though
