We need to start asserting ourselves as a continent again. 

We can't risk watching all these spheres of influence expand while we go backwards.

Why do folk talk just of an Army when most conflicts these days involve mainly air and naval assets over land ones?

Pedantry aside, any force would have to be in line with political allegiance not geographical.

We just need to hope his internal organs fail sooner rather than later or the files are actually released.

Do you reckon it will return to normal though? I'm not sure it will. And I still think there a good chance JD Vance wins the next election. 

There's also a good chance that we vote Reform in - the Dems take the US - and we look like complete cretins internationally - in North America and Europe.

Trump needs to die of natural causes really, the sooner the better. Any assassination or foul play would only make him a martyr

To be fair - he did manage to sort Ukraine, solve inflation and not get involved in any overseas conflicts. So at least he's a man of his word. Unlike Starmer! 😡

To be fair, wrong though it is, I think most people would include an airforce and navy as well when referring to a European army
