Trump has already rowed back on the tariffs on Mexican goods already (albeit only until April so far)  -  no wonder the US markets are all over the place at the minute. Looks like he may do the same with Canada as well

I'm presuming you mean within rather than the whole thing being a waste! 😁

It certainly does need increased efficiency, and hopefully the clear out some of the staff within NHS England is just the start.

All the ones the health secretary has got rid of/is getting rid of for a start. If he can see it, then so could his predecessors. 

Throughout the whole organisation, all those employed in unnecessary dei roles, directors of lived experience etc.

We've covered many a tale over recent years, with lots of examples and many a case of questionable spending too.

You could get rid of all the DEI jobs and DLE jobs and probably save 0.00001% of the NHS budget each year. 

But in a culturally diverse town like Bolton, DEI roles are really useful. Especially if you what to reduce health inequalities and encourage people from different backgrounds into healthcare. Which we badly need. They get a really bad press - but perform a really important function. It's just that people don't really understand what the jobs actually entail and assume it's just about waving pride flags around 😁
