Inevitable. It's all part of the plan.

Yes

its a meticulous plan.

musk definitely wanted billions to be wiped off his share price. They will have probably written down the exact amount. In crayon.

One of life's great pleasures is finding a shop that sells Lions wine gums.

Not to mention Maxon's Sherbet Lemons... too many will leave your tongue sliced like liver 😁

The lunatic has placed 50% tariffs on Canadian aluminium and steel.

Quite the prophet, our Don

He is an absolute fucking moron

It better bloody work all this or a lot of people are going to look incredibly stupid

He's such a cunt

He's already having a massive tantrum about Canada threatening to cut off electricity supply to some US states.

Imagine being so thick he can't understand people not to responding well to his threats.

It's very much of the age this sort of behaviour.

Ignore the whole picture, and simply use the aspects of a situation that suits your agenda.

Anyway, hopefully we can benefit from any of their economic problems.

If the US goes to shit. I suspect we will be affected shortly thereafter.

It's could take them decades to get other countries to trust them again. If we ever do.

At least it's pushing us back towards the EU a lot quicker than expected.

In the sense of the global effect of America's economy, yes it will affect us.

We may benefit though, by not having the yanks buying up promising companies- so long as we help them grow ourselves.

Just seeing last night, that they might be eyeing up our AI sector, as we seem to be good in that area.

As it makes them less competitive, we may be able to benefit on our own exports.

Fwiw, I don't think all this will be as bad as is feared, as Trump isn't going to be around as President for long, and things will be normalised by the next fella.

Just what happens in between- his Aluminium and steel tariffs have now gone world wide.

That's one card they have to play, another one is the US gets 95% of its potash from Canada, without that you cant make fertilizer, no fertilizer no crops , and that's will have another effect that they use certain crops to produce Ethanol which they mix with gas, so if food comes first that would mean a loss of 1 million gals a day of Ethanol which will force up the price of gas, and on the subject of gas (card number 2), Canada supplies 4 million barrels of crude a day(around 20% off what the US uses) but without that crude they cant make gas, because they have to blend the US crude with the Canadian crude, so without that they will have to find 4 million barrels a day from somewhere else or the price on the forecourt will be going up, oh and Mexico also supplies 1 million barrels day too. A lot of  American have just learnt about the electricity not may know about the potash or crude but they may just about to be taught about them
