Traf Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Now, I know it's Crawleys area, but how many of you have been to a panto recently (not the Goings on at Macron) ? Had front row seats at Manchester Opera House for Cinderellla on Xmas Eve and didn't really fancy it, but actually really enjoyed it. Torville and Dean were excellent and to be sitting 6 feet away from them as they closed the show with Bolero was amazingly good. Jnr really enjoyed it and the production was excellent. Quote
only1swanny Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Was principal boy at Tyldesley this year. Kids love it. Grown ups too but in different ways. Quote
bgoefc Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Wifey played one of the leads a few times in various productions in the theatre just down the road from you Traf. They used to put on some amazing Pantos, until the place went tits up a couple of years ago. Not my particular cup of tea and was glad when she moved on to the more serious stuff. Still the kids enjoyed it which is the main thing. Quote
Carlos Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 God daughter is in the Macron one, usually at the town hall, they are sold out some days, 1800! Quote
Cheese Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Took the kids to the one in Preston a couple of weeks ago. Get free tickets every year through the Sports and Social Club at work. Must admit, I always enjoy it, and the kids have a great time. Quote
glennboltw Posted December 25, 2015 Posted December 25, 2015 Went to one at Bolton little theatre...... Was actually very good for amatures! Quote
