I was looking forward to this trophy before it got turned into a reserve team joke. They're only opening West and South Lower. Good. Like you I was actually looking forward to going to some of these games, now I don't feel I can go to any of them even ones not involving Premier League reserve teams it cant be given any credence whatsoever

August 24, 20169 yr Apparently Chelsea are advertising fixtures in this trophy as development team friendlies. What a piss take. Lower league teams robbed of a chance at cup glory for them to play their stockpiled squads.

However I don't want to give even the slightest inkling that the Football League might consider this excitement a farce so will have to stick to the boycott. However I hope it's similar prices for the other games in the competition as having better crowds for those games rather than the B team ones would be a decent indication of fans' feelings I reckon.

Not that they'll do fuck all in either of them, but I wonder how many would come from them if it was/is??

August 25, 20169 yr If we end up with 20 people bothering to turn up and pay £5. And the club loses ££££££s because of this. Do we get compensation? Can't even imagine any away fans turning up for this either. No doubt if we were playing anyone other than Everton reserves we'd get a crowd on.
August 25, 20169 yr I still don't get the benefit of having these PL U23 teams in it......other than paving a way for the big clubs to becallowed to enter "B" teams into the football league
