  • When we beat them at the beginning of the season, I predicted that it would prove to be an important result.   Whilst I share your sentiment about the Cup being meaningless to us and the league mean

  • I'd love a cup run. Winning breeds confidence

It's tragic how low the FA cup is on fans radars makes me weep as I love the competition and wish it could go back to what it was.

Sheffield sold 800 as of Saturday

Hope we get through to next round at first attempt , don't need a replay.

I could never "want" us to lose a game & I understand the chance to make a bit of money & put one over Sheff Utd, but promotion must be the absolute priority, so I wouldn't be risking any of Beavers, Spearing, Madine or Clough anywhere near this game.

I think we will be able to play with a bit more freedom

A win would really help confidence that we are "better than them" and it could set them back a bit

See you in LOV :)

See you there. LOV whites.????

Andrew Taylor is slowly becoming one of those key players

add Vela to the list for me

If the check a trade is owt to go by I don't think he'll change it too much

At best he'll start those who were on the bench last time out and put those who started on the bench

Have we got many more who could come in?

Given were not playing again till the following Monday i reckon he will play more orless his strongest team.

And so he should.

100% this.

Keep the run going.

If we change too many, and lose, who's to know what it does to the mentality we've built up.

I think that we are going out

1-2

I'm starting to look forward to this game, it's great when we are winning.

I think he'll go with a strong team but would like to see Clayton get an hour

1-0 to the Wanderers

Doesn't look like we have shifted many tickets for this so far.

probably down on people's priority list, plus Sunday won't help

Presumably loan players won't be allowed to play unless parent club gives permission.

Taylor, ameobi, anderson and henry all played apart in the first round, so cant see why they wouldnt be allowed now

That's that sorted then!

was looking and this is something like our 26th match of the season compared to 19 last. For me sometimes you can have too much football especially with the midweek games.

Don't forget this is the first time in yonks we have played 2 fa cup games before January.

We're a stronger fitter unit with more wins. The players will be chomping at the bit
