Tonge moor green jacket Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 I don't see either team fielding a particularly strong team for this one - hopefully our second string is stronger than theirs, as winning breeds confidence. Then a "big club" away next round, for some much needed cash please Not sure why but I've got a feeling the winner will be away at Newcastle. Quote
radcliffe white Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Sheffield sold 800 as of Saturday Quote
burnden Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 Hope we get through to next round at first attempt , don't need a replay. Quote
bolton va va Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 I could never "want" us to lose a game & I understand the chance to make a bit of money & put one over Sheff Utd, but promotion must be the absolute priority, so I wouldn't be risking any of Beavers, Spearing, Madine or Clough anywhere near this game. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 I think we will be able to play with a bit more freedom A win would really help confidence that we are "better than them" and it could set them back a bit See you in LOV See you there. LOV whites.???? Quote

Zico Posted November 28, 2016 Posted November 28, 2016 If the check a trade is owt to go by I don't think he'll change it too much At best he'll start those who were on the bench last time out and put those who started on the bench Have we got many more who could come in? Quote

SnoopJohnnyJohn Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 And so he should. 100% this. Keep the run going. If we change too many, and lose, who's to know what it does to the mentality we've built up. Quote
Biggish Dave Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 I'm starting to look forward to this game, it's great when we are winning. I think he'll go with a strong team but would like to see Clayton get an hour Quote
tomski Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 I'd love a cup run. Winning breeds confidence Quote
burnden Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 Doesn't look like we have shifted many tickets for this so far. Quote

Tonge moor green jacket Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 Presumably loan players won't be allowed to play unless parent club gives permission. Quote
famouswanderer Posted November 29, 2016 Posted November 29, 2016 Taylor, ameobi, anderson and henry all played apart in the first round, so cant see why they wouldnt be allowed now Quote

For me sometimes you can have too much football especially with the midweek games. Don't forget this is the first time in yonks we have played 2 fa cup games before January. Quote
