It's tragic how low the FA cup is on fans radars makes me weep as I love the competition and wish it could go back to what it was.

BBC are doing a NFL Redzone meets Final Score style thing where they'll show the goals as they go in but not anything else

Which should mean there'll be a stream knocking about somewhere

1-0 us

Working can't go, couldn't give a shite but think we may win

It's a nothing game couldn't give a shit, league means everything.

Whilst I share your sentiment about the Cup being meaningless to us and the league meaning everything, I am not sure that we can give this lot any sort of psychological advantage or reason for hope.

With this in mind, I would be delighted with a 1-0 win and sewing the seed in their minds that they just can't beat us.

Same here

That and a potential pay day

For me it's a potential close game which brings the risk of a replay. We're starting to get players back from injurys.

It's not like it's a replay and we play say united away in next round, this potential pay day in the next round could be a dire Wolves away or something like

I want to be in the 3rd round draw a cup run can help league form and add sparkle to the season plus I'm in LOV with my lad and it his birthday so I badly want a win.

Alnwick

Wilson Buxton Derik money

Henry trotter Taylor

Clayton proctor Anderson

I think we will be able to play with a bit more freedom

A win would really help confidence that we are "better than them" and it could set them back a bit

See you in LOV :)

We'll win and get Spurs at home in the 3rd round.

That's it. Aswell as the 2nd round of the FA Cup it's 2nd v 3rd in League One and that adds to the importance and excitement of it for me. It'd feel like a big win after the game before you factor in that we'd be in the 3rd round.

I don't see either team fielding a particularly strong team for this one  -  hopefully our second string is stronger than theirs, as winning breeds confidence.

Then a "big club" away next round, for some much needed cash please

Not sure why but I've got a feeling the winner will be away at Newcastle.
