5/6 watched of Broken.

Highly recommend this.

Sean Bean playing a very good part.

First episode is a bit odd in places with the flashbacks, but they become less common throughout.

Some great topics and dilemma's on it. Rock and hard place throughout.

I remember those storms well, all the insurance companies put ads in the nationals saying to get work done if it was under £1,000.

 

Fuck me, my hourly rate went up rather alarmingly...............made an absolute killing that year.

 

Strangeways was better than Corrie in those days for viewing figures.

I note the nice South Africans also rioted/looted after Nelson Mandela was released.

 

I got a call in 1990 off a strange foreigner half Jap/half African selling car parts........................it was only Nissan Main dealer........

Definitely got the Breaking Bad feel to it now.

All the characters are starting to appear and storylines forming nicely.

First 2 series definitely meandered a bit too much. But we are getting there now.

Having finished Series 1 of El Chapo, which I thought was excellent, I thought of give El Chema a go. After the first episode I'm unsure if it's supposed to be a spoof or just spectacularly biz.

Only seen first series so far. Need to go back to this. I'm due a 30 day free trial on Netflix again.

This Ozark is very good on Netflix. I recommend It - got a touch of Breaking Bad about It
