The State has been a decent watch

This series of GoT had been fucking brilliant, my only complaint is a lack of boobies.

Couple of pedantic observations on GOT, now that they've overtaken the books and really can do what they want (even though they did to a degree before)

 

A) it previously took most of a series for folk to travel around westeros, though now they get from a to b very quickly within one episode

 

they dont seem to want to kill anyone important whereas previously everyone was fair game

Also...where did those dead folk get them rather new looking chains from?

I agree that the pace has accelerated somewhat, inevitable once they caught up with the books unfortunately.

Currently been watching Queen of the South on Netflix, surprisingly really good, if you like cartel stuff, you might like this one.

Fire breathing dragons, folk brought back from the dead and shapeshifters I can accept, but this chain business... It really is a step too far.

Seriously though, whilst here were some good bits in the last series/season - there were some fucking massive holes in the plot. Also, why did it used to take weeks to travel from one side of Westeros to the other, and now it seems it can be done in a matter of days?
