  • Ah, those lads who wanted their country back , upset by foreigners who came over on boats pinching  all the houses and land and changing the native culture and not assimilating into it.  thought you

  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Who remembers Chung Yong Lee's Samsung advert where he played a James Bond type spy

I’ve just watched 3 episodes of Outback Truckers.

Have I seen both the coppers off Early Doors in this Savile thing?

It's very good, the disgusting cunt.

You have.

And he was.

Im happy to say any criticism of the decision to make the show was misguided

It definitely wasnt sympathetic to savile

I know it's very late but I'm just up to the last series of The Last Kingdom and I keep telling myself it's not as good as Vikings but I can't stop watching it. Even with that awful voice over at the start of episodes.

and was dartmoor the army barracks in bury, prev used on one of those coben series?

Broadmoor looked like the drill hall at Bury.

Leeds hospital looks like the old eye hospital in Salford, just past the East lancs?

Yeah, it's easier watching than Vikings but unlike Vikings the storylines kept me watching

I'm assuming when it was first broadcast on TV it was broadcast before the watershed - the constant references to "turds" and "plowing" make me laugh

Each to their own.  I've seen it but my missus won't watch it because she doesn't want to watch something that she'll find depressing and upsetting.

Good job she never comes watching BWFC.

Yet she married thee?

TLK is so much better than Vikings in my humble opinion, it's also more historically accurate but with a nice bit of watchablilty cheese thrown in.

Watched all of the Saville thing. Coogan was utterly brilliant. Bafta for Saville?

Looked like Llandudno beach doubling for Scarborough to me.

Started watching the Saville programme last night. Coogan is exceptional in it - where he turns from the jovial character into that darker real self is either through his sexual abuse or violence is brilliantly done.

Yep, we spotted that as well.

Finished that Yorkshire Ripper thing. Really good.

The coppers were fecking useless

Giving The Peripheral on Amazon another go. Think i got halfway through and got distracted the last time i tried

Im on the bolitar thing

Promising first ep

Saville, Sutcliffe and Dando over last few days. Probably rank them in that order.

The Beckham documentary is a great watch

Love all the behind the scenes stories particularly at Real Madrid

He definitely shagged Rebecca Loos

Done a couple of episodes of Savile, might knock it on the head now I've seen what I need to see. Wanted to witness Coogans performance, I've done that, it's brilliant. It's just making me miserable otherwise.

I enjoyed it too was entertaining, did it not make the football fan side of you itch though?

So many inconsistencies regarding individual matches and seasons etc that the casual non football fan but  Beckham loving viewer wouldn't pick up on.

The forced redemption arc story about his season after WC98 as if it was coming up against Simeone again v Inter in about March 99 that suddenly woke him from his slumber. He was fucking ace all that season from game 1 😂

Surprised they didn't cover the metatarsal thing either that was huge. But otherwise I did enjoy hearing about behind the scenes stuff. And Victoria was interesting to listen to as well, wasn't expecting that.

Their house is incredible innit.

Saville is only 3 episodes, last one well worth a watch.

Touch's on an area that raises his cuntishness to another level.
