We've just won promotion using a gaggle of players nobody else wanted, littered with injury plagued loanees and players that were cast as cart horses, one trick ponies and generally weak as piss.

  • Like when we went up from league 2, we needed tried and tested players from that specific division/level to deal with the task in hand. Doyle and Sarcs etc. We need exactly the same in this divis

On the face of it no, but it gives Baxter the chance to play and show his commitment (as he said he was committed) or show his ability to any prospective club.

That wouldn't really be in our interest though

We were fighting for a play-off place at the time so surely we'd just have picked whoever we thought the best option was

Mk are also saying 3/4 m so I think that’s right what I heard we make 500k on it after what we pay rovers  and is wages of the bill . Might be add ons if they go up who knows

That sounds like the deal  Ken Anderson did  with forest green over that striker then paid them fuck all 😂

I haven't a clue what we'll get for Collins,  but I would expect at least our money back, if that means we can splash some cash on a couple of dynamic wingers, that'll do for me.

If we break even/make a profit, i'm OK on this. Shows the type of player he is if he is accepting a move to the league below to play for a synthetic football club, especially at 28 years of age (most footballers' prime). Shows next to no ambition.

I like Collins but if we get a good payday then I will accept an offer. He is without a doubt talented but also part of the decline and wank attitude that SS needs to rid our club of.

Probably last chance to make money on him at that age too. I'd have been happy to keep him, but he went missing all too often (as did the majority of the squad)

I really hope he knows what he's doing.

No issue whatsoever with players at this level going for as much money as they can possibly get. It's a short career

The decision is clearly ours and not his.

This is it. Think Schuey is looking at the players with a piss weak mentality and trying to shift the ones he can.

He was our star player but he became lazy and unmotivated especially when McAtee arrived who IMO was a bad influence. Think SS had seen enough and had to get rid of the dead wood around camp. Can't wait for McAtee to clear off next and I'm sure there are replacements lined up
