Ani Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 If we are realistic about going straight we need to win tonight. Â Imagine if we lose and Fleetwood win we are back to where we were Saturday. Â Go Gillingham and win Fleetwood drop points we go above them with a game in hand. Â Hopefully Saturday gives us the impetus to push on. Although Gillingham won Saturday the three pens they had were their only shots on target in the game we should go looking for the win Quote
Not in Crawley Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Fook me, if I lived in Strood I wouldn't commute to London for a job. What a horrendous place, never seen anywhere look so poor Apart from Canterbury east Kent is a shithole. Â Fact of the day, east Kent was the originator of the 'chav' Quote
bwdavefc Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Will Adams is now open. Real Ales. On the Proper Job! Quote

captainmed Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 A point won't do. Â We have only been on average form since NYD and it's only the poor form of the others too that have us where we are. Â If we are going up as 2nd we need to win at places like this and go on a proper run. Â Don't let the Fleetwood result cloud the issue. Quote
madthatter Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 Apart from Canterbury east Kent is a shithole. Â Fact of the day, east Kent was the originator of the 'chav' Â Interesting! Â I always thought chav was a southern word for what I grew up naming scrotes or street warriors. Â (I was a bit of the latter circa '95 Â ) Â Seemed like it caught on in the media and then became 'nationalised'. Quote

(I was a bit of the latter circa '95  )  Seemed like it caught on in the media and then became 'nationalised'. It's a Romani word for child, and there are lots of folk of Romani decent in East Kent especially round the Medway towns and into Faversham. Although, I could be completely wrong, that's what I was led to believe.  Anyway, back to the match.... Quote
