  • Dunno how they allocate terraced tickets this day in age but maybe their initial terrace allocation was described as "comfortable", the second described as "cramped" and now adding these extra 31 mean

  • I didn't mean to come across as a smug cunt and yes, I appreciate that not everyone can get time off work to queue for tickets but as I said yesterday, I didn't trust the online sales to get it right.

in 2007/2008 when we were Premier League, they were Northern Premier League

fair play

They were champions though.

The previous season we were seventh in the Premier League and they were eighth in the Northern Premier League.

what about the year before?

Pilley was just stealing his first batch of addresses to sell to a telesales company :)

They got promoted into the NPL,

They got promoted into the NPL,

From what division?

I think the last time I drove to an away match was the Lennon capitulation at Forest

Here's hoping for better on Saturday

1-1

Think they've sold about 3000 tickets, got 1000 left.

We've took about 1500.

Defo their biggest crowd of the season then.

I'm not looking forward to this, think we're gonna get whupped

That KFC was amazing

you would think the Blackpool fans boycotting their own team would like to see the game ::)

I think a lot now go watching AFC Fylde, have you seen their new stadium, it's just off the m55 near Kirk ham/wesham junction?

Well worth having a look if you're going by car on Saturday.

We might be playing there in a couple of years :(

3000. Thats really annoying.

Half intersting article about Fleetwood Town and Uwe Rosler in today's Guardian https://www.theguardian.com/football/football-league-blog/2017/mar/06/uwe-rosler-fleetwood-town-scunthorpe-united-league-one?CMP=Share_iOSApp_Other

Sounds like Steinsson has had a mixed impact as Director of Football there.

Didn't know Rosler was managing over there, not that i could name one Fleetwood player either.

Impressive managerial appointment that for such a small club

Depends how you look at it.

Population of Fleetwood is approx 30,000 I think. That's 10% attending

Population of Bolton is about 300,000.?

Wish we got 10% attending

Just goes to show, with team like Bournemouth, Fleetwood, Burnley, all doing incredibly well.

It's nothing to do with the players, they have all been managed perfectly, from the board down to the manager.

If only we had similar management.

This thread has gone strange

May as well sack it off and watch someone play Champ Manager then

2 of those clubs have had massive non-football money thrown at them.

We will struggle to score 3 in rest of season combined :D

You have perfect credentials to be a Bolton fan.

Bolton has a population of 129,000 - so we get 10% attending every week.

The rest are rayguns and they hate football.

Thought it was just Burnley fans who harped on about attendances to population ratio

From what division?

More correctly, they got promoted to the NPL Premier Division from the NPL Division One.

They got automatic promotion behind Mossley, and finished ahead of Kendal Town on level points and with +24gd compared to +23.

In the play-offs Kendal beat Stocksbridge Park Steels and Gresley Rovers (who had eliminated Woodley Sports).
