So a few of ours celebrated on the pitch, It was The Port Vale fans that were intent on trouble. The same mob tried hard to start it against Sheff Utd but the stewards and police obviously thought they wouldn't try it again as their was little stewarding / police around them before it kicked off yesterday.

Another cracking day out, this seasons been great for away days. Absolute madness when the goal went in, stayed at the back of the stand with my broken foot to keep away went from top to bottom in about two seconds.

 

Felt deflated as fuck at full time after the fleetwood goal but the lads did there job and got the win, we will beat Peterborough Sunday.

 

I'll miss this league.

Got into a pub about 15 mins from the ground before hand, landlord said, you might as well stay here boys if you go any further you'll get rounded up and taken to the ground by the police, Unfortunately we ignored him and walked further up and got rounded up by the police for an escort to the ground, after about 10 yards,and ran straight into the vale boloons following us, the police froze and had no idea what to do but then decided they should stop the fighting thus leaving our mob ungarded except for one police women, so Me, Mr H and Dan decided this would be the ideal opportunity to leave the mob and wander over to a pub about 20 yards away only for the police women to get on the radio and shout 'Theres 3 of em trying to escape' as though we were prisioners of war, obviously we ignored her and once reaching the pub found Little Witt, MR58 and the rest of our lot in there, fuck knows how they got in there before us. The person who was set next to me on the coach never made it back, a casualty of our pitch invasion who the police decided should sit with them for the evening

 

Reminded me of the last time we played them, loads of lads out and a great day. Think I'm gonna miss this division and winning

Had a quick natter to you under the stand pre-match. You didn't look that bad to be honest!

 

Best away game in a long while for me (only getting to a handful a season these days). So made up for the disappointment of Oldham last week.
