Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

Do you think he's paid any of that running cost out of his own pocket?

100%, I thought it was recognised by everybody that he's had to put his hand in his pocket to keep the club running until a time the clubs managed to raise the money back.

Although, to be fair, the ST and their army of high net worth individuals did try to help out during such times by offering a bag of pickled onion Space Raiders, £3.78 from the back of the sofa and a reach around for 10% of the club.

Now we're getting somewhere, reckoning Ken might let us know isn't sitting comfortably with me I prefer that we would definitely know because we've an ACV. As you are in business you'll know folk in business don't always act honourably, especially where £££ are involved.

He's provided interest free loans to the club. What have the ST done?

I know all too well mate. But I can only judge KA on his work done so far. He's been as public as can be and we are in a much better place than we were 18 months ago. If all this has been one big elaborate master plan to sell the ground and fuck the club so he can run off into the sunset with millions then we can all eat humble pie. An ACV won't stop him doing that, nor will any actions by the trust.

KA is here to make money and plenty of it. How he intends to make that money is anyone's guess. The Car park and office selling started a long time ago before his regime, so financing against club assets is nothing new.

We are skint and this situation can't last forever.

Do you think he's paid any of that running cost out of his own pocket?

he sold Clough and Holding to pay his bills and now Bolton have a team that's got 2 points from 11 matches

So now what are you accusing KA of. He's the most informative open chairman i have ever come across in football. So what do you think he's hiding.

My judgement is sound it is not borne out of hatred of the Trust like yourself or Sluffy nor hatred of KA as you perceive of the Trust. I'm not the mouthpiece of the Trust just trying to cut through the difference of opinions between the Trust and KA and project my thoughts on the matter. I'll try to arrange meeting with the Trust I'll keep you posted.

It's not hatred for the trust though. It's hatred for people ruining my club and trying to make a name for themselves with no foundation.

Again set up a meeting so I can see the light like you have. Because they have shown me nothing of a love of bwfc

he sold Clough and Holding to pay his bills and now Bolton have a team that's got 2 points from 11 matches

If they are HIS bills, the the players are HIS assets.

And after we sold them, we got promoted.

All this arguing over protecting the stadium, a stadium that is far too big for us, certainly at this level and most definitely if we drop into league one. How many times have we filled it? Just a question for everyone, if Ken could sell the place and re house us nearer to the centre of Bolton with a 20k capacity(more suitable for our needs imo) with some safe standing etc how many fans would be up for it?

The point is he's still not invested any of his own money and got the club for a packet of space raiders and you want to give him complete and utter control of the clubs future unconditionally. Thankfully there's folk trying to protect the assets.

close the upper tiers

that's what eventually will happen, personally I don't get all the hoo ha about the place, I've never really liked the match day experience and like I say it's far too big just like Blackburn Coventry and Wigan to name just a few. It's like 2 people rattling round in a 5 bedroom house the running costs must be astronomical. The acv or whatever its called just seems stupid if we don't get more funding from somewhere we will be on our arse anyway playing in front of 5k sat in one side of the ground in league one or worse. We either trust Ken or keep pecking at him till he walks away with his pound investment. Whatever happens I like many other people on here will support bolton till the end of time in whatever league and whatever stadium.

The thing is though young mounts. you know eddie got the club for fuck all. he has made a fortune hiding profits. then never paid his bills.

how is this ok with the trust and yet a business man running the club as a business isn't.

genuinely getting to the point where i may fuck this all off as this bickering is shit. please arrange  this meeting so i can see the light becuase it is currently spoiling my enjoyment of the game and i am struggling to see why should i invest time and money in something that is being attacked by a secretive bunch of no marks who hide behind "if you knew"

I've asked the question balls in their court.

thanks

1. clough isn't all that

2. Holding wouldn't have progressed like he has, had he been playing league 1 football last season.

We've had approx £3m for Holding, whose experience amounted to 20 games in the Championship's worst defence.

We should have kept them both and gone bust.

plus, we got 6 points from our last 16 championship games with them both here.

8 points from our last 27 championship games.

Fuck me.

This. We got more for Clough than he's worth. He'll leave Forest probably on a free, probably back to league one.

Holding was never going to stay here with Arsenal interested. Don't care who the owner was. We weren't in a position to keep a young lad against his will to try and hold out for more when we couldn't pay the bills.

Mounts posts have actually without him realising it highlighted the issue perfectly. An ST should be there to represent the fans to the football club. They need to have a relationship with the club's owners to ensure fans ideas and concerns are taken seriously. The Trust we have THINK they are there to "protect us" from Ken Anderson. They have taken this role on themselves and think they are the clever, "in the know", little clique who can protect the rest of the no mark pleb fans, or 'sewer rats' from Ken.

That is the bottom line. Until they stop acting like that, they will simply be harming the football club further and damaging the relationships between it and the fan base. Stop trying to "protect us" and start listening. Or do one. Those are the only choices.

My judgement is sound it is not borne out of hatred of the Trust like yourself or Sluffy nor hatred of KA as you perceive of the Trust. Hold up.

I don't hate anyone, let alone an irrelevant non-voted for ST Board.

You're the irrational and emotive one on here, someone who is completely blinded by the love of the club to and consequently in complete denial to the actual facts and financial consequences of what the ST has done in the past and currently are doing now.

All I've ever done is to point out the absurd (and often unconstitutional) actions of the ST Board (and prior to that its Formation Group).

It's strange indeed that you think that people who are anti-Trust (and that's a vast majority of the views I see on every form of social media) have no 'love' of the club, or 'fighting' for what is best for its survival and future - the ST hold no monopoly of what is right for BWFC - and as such should instead of perceiving people such as I, as having an hatred for them, would be far better off weighing what they say and the points they make rather than disregarding them completely simply because they are not the same that the ST Board members thinks.

If the ST wants to stop the ground being sold then buy it!

If they haven't got the ability to buy it then why fight the proposed removal of the ACV?

At the end of the day if Anderson has no money and no buyer for the club he HAS to sell assets - it's as simple as that.

If the ACV prevents that before the money Anderson HAS been putting into the club runs out (Do the ST really believe that Season Ticket and gate receipt revenue has fully covered all running costs since the end of last season - including the summer 'off-season' - without Anderson funding the shortfall???)  then there is only one outcome - Administration - an automatic points deduction - and the Administrator selling the assets at a knock down price because they are encumbered by having an unwanted (by any potential purchaser) and restrictive ACV attached to it!

Do you really think that is best for the club because I don't and it looks as though most others don't either.

Perhaps you should reason and rationalise by using your brain for a change instead of constantly your heart.

Ken is on the front foot in his criticism of the trust in his latest missive .Plenty bickering on here as well.

Think we all need to wait & see what decision is made.

The trust elections are due , maybe trust members should demand a meeting

Of all members to circumvent the narrow remit of expressing interest via an internet link .

Sending out questionnaires is unsatisfactory & open to interpretation .

We should have kept them both and gone bust.

Exactly, I think the wrist slashers time here is up, if it's good enough for the ST then it's good enough for us.

Members of the ST have said before, they think administration would be a good thing!

thanks
