Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

Eh?

Just for the record it wasn't me that complained about Smith/Josh8 being racist, if that is what you believed I did?

And my one and only post above is based on factual events - for example when Ron Noades the then owner of Crystal Palace sold the club to Mark Goldberg, but still kept ownership of the ground (Selhurst Park) - the exact same circumstances as I put to Smith in my question above.

If you're aiming those words at me - then once again you are miles wrong - I haven't made a complaint.

(although repeating/re-quoting racist comments is no defence whatsoever legally speaking).

No my comments were based on the fact that whenever you post anything about the Trust it is pretty clear that you and Josh8 have history and you both end up squabbling and come across as childish.

What, his chinky comments that caused him to retire and be classified as a senile wonky legged casual racist? Ok then.

The Chingaling stuff came in an apology after saying "the Jews chase money".

Prefer slinty eyed gooks to Ching-a-ling tbh.

For the record I have no issue with ziggy or Josh using the term ching a ling

Me neither, although I assumed it meant a cashed up Vincent Tan type character.

Indeed

And since it was used concerning Wigan, it's fair enough

Lighten up, people

Sorry, didn't do the sarcasm alert with that post.

It doesn't work like that... Ken can sell the club, lock stock and Barrell today, this minute...its only if he wants to sell off the stadium as a seperete entity where the acv comes into effect... and even then...do you honestly think the ST would stand in the way of a ching a ling who wanted to invest serious money into this club...?

The ST have no say afterwards, ANY community group (Friends of the Dolphins for example) can express an interest. Then its a 6 month moritorium. Didn't SD explain this to you when they told you to get a ACV ?

And just read Josh's quotes about the C-A-L thing. Fair enough, I used the term as a lighthearted reference to the recent stories of Chinese Investment into Wigan, and used Whelans quoted phrase. Apologies to anyone offended.

If any one was offended they should not be posting or reading a football fans website so fuck um.????

The Chinese are very racially bigoted themselves - so it's impossible to be racist to them, fact.

I'm going out on a limb here but if we end up in the Conf North then the Macron won't be much use to us. Radical, I know.

Dolphins are a good shout actually - they'll pass the "fit for porpoise" test

We should come 'home' then, to Pike Mill, there's still land behind Mancroft Avenue, near The Great Wall of Chingalings.

It's all relative Stockport run right are a league club and their stadium should be retained if they are to get back where they belong, the Macron is essential to BWFC whatever division they might find themselves in we are a prem/champ club and we should not lose control of our stadium never ever.

Few I reckon the macron is actually a hindrance

Not based on facts just got feel

The costs associated are surely massive And even though Anderson is working hard to maximise revenue I just feel it will always be a drain

The thoughts of trying to maintain it a couple of divisions lower don't bare thinking about

Not that any of this has owt to do with acvs

Are you suggesting we build a new stadium that potentially we could afford if we were league 1 or 2? Don't sound like great idea to me, smacks of lack of ambition probably cost another 10-15 million as well, and we end up worse off and never in a postion to realistically compete at championship level let alone premiership. Barm pot of a thought.

Close the upper tiers

There's 20, 30, 40 clubs outside the league that are "league clubs". They aren't all necessarily run right but have backing. Stockport's stadium is too big for them, as things stand.

We are as far from the Prem as they are from the league. FUCKING MILES.

Lastly, I'd happily see us move back to BL1/BL2, to a stadium built for fans, not in the middle of nowhere next to a soulless retail park.

Why we had 20k plus for a League 1 game, we just need a 1/2 decent team, surely that's the plan.

They've had 3k plus this season it's 10k capacity it's not too big for them should they have ambition of once again being a league club and we're 1 promotion from premier league. As for moving back to central Bolton well that truly is million miles off.

You'd be dangerous if you just engaged your brain for a minute

What I'm saying is we wouldn't be able to run the macron in Stockports league

It's already showing signs of neglect
