Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

Could it be he has pulled out of the deal with the company who were looking to sell the club and he has a contract signed that any sale during a certain period of time that the selling agent has a % of that deal as commission? That could explain why he is not looking to sell at the moment.

I'm quite happy that KA contiues with slowly turning our club round for now. The alternative, foreign money man wanting a plaything, could end up a far worse propostion.

If future potential investor offers the right money they will be entertained. Ken isn’t turning down a massive payday out of stubbornness. Strange statement though.

What's this?

Im one of kens biggest fans, but this is very odd.

Maybe he realises now that any serious negotiations need to be conducted in secrecy.

There are no end of Michael Knighton types willing to have a punt without the wherewithal.

Meanwhile the manager and players need to go about their business without additional worries about their futures.

Maybe he's tired of tyrekickers? Seems reasonable.

Perhaps No investors realise our history

All very odd. My bet is he may have a hunch/tip off the ACV thing will go in his favour

I'd think he's more likely had tip off it won't be removed and the interested parties lined up wanted that removed before agreeing to do the deal.

I'm beginning to think that Anderson is losing the plot,

I can't see him losing the plot enough for today's statement to be true

Perhaps that could be the case! As someone who neither hates or loves Ken (an oddity on here I know) I find it all a bit strange and irritating.

Really getting sick of it all.

Mounts Kipper i know who you know very well

Odd not sure what’s got him so riled up anyone got a clue?

I'd think it might be the ACV decision.

He mentions a small group who criticize him personally &' who do not act in the best interests of the club' no prizes for guessing who he is referring to there.

I agree he has got wind of the AVC decision & thrown a wobbler. We will see later this week.

However you cut it its not positive.

I think he's backing himself into a corner, he's got to try to work with folk not lash out when something does not suit his agenda.

I’ve gone beyond even being sick of it all. Whatever happens, happens. Sod all any of us can do other than tip up several million quid which I doubt we could muster between us

I could tip up £20 to get us started.

the other scenario is that he is putting pressure on the council by indicating 'no deal' unless the impediment(AVC) as he sees it is removed .

Shortland and bowyer loving all this.

I just find it very odd.

I'm mainly happy with what the Andersons have done so far, but this will increase speculation about him, rather than decrease it.
