The club is on the verge of financial collapse and the news HMRC are all over us again is a signal for the January fire sale. To be honest the club is ripe to be acquired by some kind of lower league football agent, based in France, with a string of bankrupt businesses behind him and making financial pledges he has no intention of keeping. Last time I dealt with HMRC, they didn't turn up in massive fucking stove pipe hats which had "WE ARE HMRC" emblazoned across them either.
