Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

The club is on the verge of financial collapse and the news HMRC are all over us again is a signal for the January fire sale. To be honest the club is ripe to be acquired by some kind of lower league football agent, based in France, with a string of bankrupt businesses behind him and making financial pledges he has no intention of keeping. Any takers?

who are these faceless cnuts

Have you been reading the BN comments section again, FFS?

It's one of the few comments section that doesn't blame Muslims or eastern Europeans.

Or would you like some porn?

Sometimes, when a comments section has been closed (due to derogatory comments against Muslims and/or eastern Europeans) the resident loons continue their diatribes in the comments sections of stories like 'Lollipop Lady celebrates 50 years' or 'St Peter's Way closed at night for repairs'...

As an aside, how much do lollipop  ladies/men get paid?

The one on Moss Bank Way  at the top of Halliwell Rd should get extra danger money IMO.

Aye, lots of Eastern Europeans driving around there.

What's the story with HMRC sniffing around again?

There isn't one is there?

Undercover unit from HMRC were parked up on the Macron car park last week posing as gypsies.

ive just been having a mooch and somebody relatively sane posted on another forum that hmrc turned up at the stadium last saturday morning

i dont know whether he claims to have seen em or hes just picked up some shit from smurf/suffolk et al

fcuk knows why theyd turn up on a saturday when the odds are that office bods are not in work

I'm pretty sure HMRC don't sniff round, as if they are tapping up a player. They go in two footed, with the full weight of the law, every time.

Buying tickets.

Also HMRC will make an appointment

Last time I dealt with HMRC, they didn't turn up in massive fucking stove pipe hats which had "WE ARE HMRC" emblazoned across them either.

I know the Internet is full of cranks, but football cranks make flat earthers look like dependable, switched on human beings by comparison.

The man is a plantpot. The last BN article about a takeover was six days ago, and it was entirely based on his quotes!

I'm beginning to think that Anderson is losing the plot, he's come out a week ago stating two credible parties are in talks now this WTF.

Seems very strange this last statement, I just worry that we could go the same way as the litigation against fans at Blackpool route.

Tight lips time.

When is the decision on the ACV due?

I wonder if advanced notice of this decision has prompted the statement.

He is a complex fella, regarding transparent i am not having that in any way shape or form he says one thing and then contradicts it pretty soon after. Still I wish him all the best though it is a tough gig.

Sure I saw today/tomorrow mentioned - but it may have been in one of sweaty kens daily ramblings - so God knows when
