He founded the organisation and sowed the seeds, then darted when he realised it was having a negative affect on his career. You can't be an ex-member of the BNP, co-founder of the EDL, draw crowds of racists everywhere you go, then deny that you're part of the Far Right movement. He revels in it. They fund him.
