Aye. Zombie government is right.

Where are the fuckers?

Same place as every parliamentarian is this time of year. Holidays/ constituencies/departmental work.

Parliament itself doesn't sit during summer recess.

No new policies are being announced, but that doesn't mean no one's running the country.

Dunno about anyone else, but my energy company has updated me about how the payments will be made, and we don't need to do anything. The account will just be credited apparently.

If the new incumbent decides to wang some more our way, then it's not the rocket science some seem to portray it as, the payments will just be bigger/go one for longer.

If tax cuts come- eg fuel duty decrease then that's instantaneous.

Maybe it's just me, but why the fuck do MPs get a huge summer holiday like fucking kids do? Working folk usually get 2 weeks max at a time, they are supposed to be running the country ffs. I know loads of MPs still work in their constituencies but surely cabinet members can't just fuck it all off together and have no cover?

They probably work more hours than most throughout the year

Parliament is in recess, doesn't mean MPs are not working.

This is again why we should study our electoral system at school level.

Yes, policy and leadership isn't in place, that is more to.do with the election of the Conservatives new leader rather than recess. Which is again why I'm shocked that people are still defending this rabble and saying, well its difficult everywhere.

We've had operation save bigdog.

Then fuck bigdog off.

Then replace bigdog.

Then once replaced it'll be operation whitewash bigdog.

Might get on with running the country some time in the new year if we're lucky.

The biggest mistake Sunak made was to start speaking. The illusion of him being a semi decent option went like a fart in the gale.

Absolutely, he'd have been far better saying nothing, every time I see him now, he just seems to get worse and worse

Never saw the appeal of Rishi as chancellor. When he wasn’t prosecuting or pursuing covid fraud I realised the bloke is a moron.

Seeing the scale of people wanting to or actually doing this mashed my head big time.

I've told a few clients to do one who have gone down this route. I sincerely hope hmrc pursue these people to the Nth degree.

Why should ordinary folk work while these tossers rip the country off, close a business, set up again and say its only the government I'm shafting.

I think you'll find it's millions of tax payers you're shafting. Pisses me off

Biggest debt Saddled on this country for a long time yet the tit will wax lyrical about deporting some Todge to Rwanda who’s had a few hundred quid. Prick.

The mind boggles. Yes the country needed money pumping into it quickly - but the lack of checks for the big money was astonishing. Register a company with a £200k turnover, £199,999 expense and get £50k bounceback loan no questions asked.

All good though as long as a plane leaves for Rwanda.

Yes I'm tory but couldn't vote for these. Likely to be many years before I vote again.

I might be dead before we get a proper PM

I wish they would too but do you think HMRC are going after Randox or Hancocks local pub mate? Nah.

Absolute set of cunts used a pandemic to feather their own nests. That is bad. It wouldn't have happened under a Labour or LibDem gov I am sure and you know what, it wouldn't have happened if TM was still PM either.

Will they go after them? Absolutely not.

Saying it wouldn't happen under any other government though I can't agree with.

Not many MP's are in it for their constituents.

If they can get a good deal through which helps themselves, they'll do.

A pandemic brought a certain stink of shit to the surface but you're mistaken if you think no other government would let it happen.

Greed is a human trait world wide if you can get away with it
