you're getting him mixed up with Moon Boy

I think Moon Boy gets all his info from copies of the Daily Mirror that they have on the counter at the nearest Chinese takeaway. They're usually a week or 2 old.

I don’t think the EU will compromise unless we use a nuclear option of either not paying or leaving on the 31st.

Not paying our sovereign debt??? 😂 Just watch the UK credit rating drop like a brick just a time when we will be borrowing record amounts. You really don't understand how this works do you

The money we pay the EU isn’t a debt.

Once again proving that - as ST said - you really don't understand how these things work.

EU saying we’ve agreed with them to intensify discussions....who’d have thought it eh ?

Three years of nonsense coming to fruition in the final days....well done Mounts.

I wonder If ST will gracefully accept it when the inevitable happens ?

No doubt he’ll be still posting Anti-Brexit Central Mocha Parade until his dying days :D

In my opinion we still need to walk away to clear the final hurdle.

I have said all along I am happy to accept a sensible and negotiated withdrawal deal, no problem at all with that. Then the really tough bit starts

Let's wait for the detail of that agreement, if it happens. The threat of the Benn Act coming into force and Johnson having to resign is what has brought this into focus as the EU have not budged one iota so far in the latest round of talks.

Why the posturing. The agreed pay off consisted of liabilities and other compensation payment.

At the time when this was published, the lord chancellor said it would be wrong for the UK not to pay outstanding liabilities.

However, without a deal, the compensation aspect is presumably out of the window.

Whether the liabilities part would be revisited, fuck knows.

Boris Johnson has 'resurrected' Theresa May's customs partnership, source familiar with plans says 'NI effectively stays in the EU customs union but for the purposes of trade it's in UK customs union,' source says. 'It's a fudge'

So we've spent all this time running down the clock to go back to the original plan the EU offered that Boris said was completely and utterly unacceptable.

We’re in hopefully final stages of negotiation, nothing should be off the table, including further payments to the EU, which if there is a successful conclusion we pay, if not we don’t and I’d put hold on the 1 billion a month immediately.

So we've spent all this time running down the clock to go back to the original plan that Boris said he'd rather die in a ditch than support. Though he did vote for it. Having called it a turd. Then said he'd die in a ditch rather than accept it.

No he didn't. A lie, as you like to shout.

He said he would rather die in a ditch than write a letter for an extension.

Actually in fairness it isn't even the plan he said was a turd. Its the one before that he said as a unionist he could never support, the DUP went red in the face and May was forced to go back to the EU and ask for UK wide customs union with her tail between her legs.

Why tell lies then Billy ?

This was the plan considered worse than the negotiated WA....you know the one the EU offered us initially but we rejected out of hand....
