He doesn’t remember doing so or why he would, but it’s claimed he did 

So....what I’m still missing is this being brought up now, relative to the EU/U.K. talks that are (hopefully!) concluding shortly?

No I do not think so. But given that one is signed and sealed already it must have been quicker and therefore easier than the one we did with the EU.

I've explained further up you thought it was re the EU. 

End of the day....it proves it is quicker dealing as we are than with all the member states.
