So if they want to leave their membership of the UK, I'm not sure why the English, Welsh or Northern Irish should have a say. Its for them to make the decision on their own surely. I don't think they should be allowed a referendum at all. They had their chance and didn't take it,if let them have another vote in a hundred years or so.
