As for the vaccines AZ make in Europe: it is these plants that are causing the supply issues in Europe. They are not yet performing to the same level as over here. Now in the highly unlikely event of the EU restricting Pfizer deliveries to other countries, then who knows, perhaps AZ could switch production from its Europe sites to other places to compensate.
