I thought we would win today. No lack of effort in recent games but today was cringingly embarrassing. We were totally outplayed, gave them way too much space and created nothing. I was in the camp of us being beaten by teams who had spent big but today changed that. Could any manager get a song out of the squad of freebies and injury blighted players? I fear the worst for PP. The stats stack up severely against him. I love Bolton but it's no fun at the moment.

They could of easily had 6 or 7, they missed the easy ones and scored the hard ones. Our defence is to slow for this league and midfield to weak.

Brentford played some great attacking stuff. We are slow and clumsy in possession compared.

I just don't think parky has got the ability to change this round, that was embarrassing today.

The 64 million dollar question is could another manager do better with this group of player?

In my opinion, this squad of players is better than the lot we went down with last time. Parky has never managed at this level and it's showing.

I definitely think the right manager could do BETTER with those players, but avoiding relegation would be a great achievement for any manager right now.

I think this season's record for the worst ever start will last a long time.

I'd give anyone a chance over what I saw today, we are not just getting beat we are getting hammered. Embarrassing doesn't even cover it. Parkinson hasn't got a clue totally out of his depth. But he will probably be here all season as we probably haven't got the money to pot him

That was utter wank. Crying out for someone to sit in front of that defence and get stuck in. I'm not saying we wouldn't be struggling, but we'd be a better side with Spearing in there. The amount of times they were in our third and their players could take about three touches before being closed down.

The squad maybe better than the last lot that went down, but the squad is still nowhere near good enough to stay up, we're piss weak all over the squad, from defence to our strike force. League 1 squad and that's the problem.

6 straight losses, not a single goal scored, 40% possession, and Brentford registering 20+ shots at home.

Surely we can do better.

 

We need a new manager simple, I don't know who, but anyone that can give the squad a lift.

And hopefully a manger that can address our shocking defence, and one with more tactics than just lumping it up to Madine.

 

I don't know about you, but for me, this is the worst style of play football I've seen from a Bolton side. Hideous to watch, and doesn't work.
