I’m not on it for that reason, but my sister wants tickets and mentioned she’s on O2, so she’ll be happy.

O2 priority probably have about 1000 tickets to go around.

I thought he’d died with the way Radio Manchester were going on yesterday.

Had tickets for the cancelled tour so will be trying through O2 priority on Thursday. Ironically their poor signal probably means I’ll struggle if I have to rely on the general sale.

He was very good last night new stuff but similar themes, lost loads of weight and subsequently doesnt come across as the cuddly comedian of 10 years back, more expletives in his act last night, at the end of the show a nice tribute to his Nan who passed away, Jason Manford sat in front of us probably nicking some material, still a very good watch and really enjoyed the night, Thx to Farnworth White and his wife.

Good to hear, interesting about the swearing I've got a warm up set of his from mid 2000s on my iTunes that's piss funny but a lot more sweary and abrasive than the final arena product.

Did he make any mention of where he's been or the reasons for the cancellation? I wonder if there will be a tell all appearance on the One Show that he then proceeds to completely take over and ruin for whoever the bemused American guest is that they have on 😃

I'm not overly fussed to be honest.

I like his live stuff (or did back in the day) and I loved Phoenix Nights - I'm not so fond of when, like Marc says, he goes on other shows and tries to take over

Personally think he’s missed a trick. Should’ve done a 5-year residency at St Greg’s.
