Mrs told me this morning that I woke up in the middle of the night last night, did a little rendition of the Wilbraham song and then went back to sleep.

Just stop it will you. Fucks up my WWays compass when you are anything other than a negative, miserable, doom mongering pillock  ;)

You are right; spine tingling stuff that was. Would you please concentrate on the preceding 80 minutes and revert to type.

Every time I see a Forest fan I give him a smile and a warm hug.

The Faustus household has adapted Black Laces' Superman; It's now Wilbraham, with a diving header added to the actions. The boy loves this

Reckon ive watched a replay to 'that' goal more that 20x any other goal, ever!

He’d never shown anything more than a passing interest in football before. Rarely played it at school and Inhoneslty thought the ship had sailed with him.

After that day he’s gone full circle, drawing pictures of the game, pictures of our whole history of kits etc. He’s even made up a song for David Wheater :D

I gave him my season ticket as a momento and it’s not left his side for days, even sleeps with it ffs.

Asking me every day when is the next game and can he come to every game next season.

Amazing what impact a day like that can have. Sculpts your childhood.

Can he keep his enthusiasm up on a cold Tuesday night at Soke though

Sounds like someone is going to morecambe away!

If he'd made up songs about most of the squad from last season, he'd need a very good lexicon of swear words,!!!

Promised I’ll take him wherever first game is ffs :D
