Highlight of the pitch Invasion for me was a steward in front of the West stand grabbed a lad as he ran on the pitch.

Loads of folk ran past them and the steward let go with a resigned shrug and headed off to protect the goals.

I stayed in WSL while son and wife went being hooligans. I just stood videoing. I can confirm that almost to a man, the forest fans applauded our great escape.

I'm sure that after their own season fizzled out a few weeks ago they were maybe a bit jealous of our last-game excitement.

This in no way absolves them from the piss taking during the match.

Sunday was awesome - could have been a very different outcome but if so I would still have been proud of the teams efforts and the fantastic support from the Stands. The wonderful memories are for the long suffering fans who deserve to "dine out" until next August ENJOY !
