The shares are where they are, I appreciate that but if the debt is not ultimately settled then I presume they transfer to Moonshift, is that correct (providing the club isn't liquidated first)?

Moonshift have factored the debt to Dark Horse and it is they that are calling in the debt.

If that proceeds wouldn't it then trigger the share ownership moving to Moonshift?

Who then in turn are become liable for the clubs debts?

In that case moonshift could sue CRS on their PI policy 

If he is wrong as others say its just a delaying tactic 

Either way at this stage CRS have both his resignation later as a director and his share transfer form - I would say get on with executing documents and sort out the rights and wrongs afterwards because there is potentially a paying party in the firing line on this ( PI Insurers ) , and if they dont we might not have a club to save

Basically KA is fucked, The Bassini deal isn't happening and he has decided to have one last go by saying the debt which he owes can't be transferred to someone else, who has given him 14 days to pay the debt or lose his shares in the club, that deadline is 17:00 tomorrow

I think Howard said 4.30 tomorrow.
