A lovely note which he clearly didn't knock up in the last 10 minutes, but at least it sounds final. Whether or not he is leaving the club in a better position than when he came will probably come to light in the near future, but for better or for worse, it looks like he's finally on the way out.

I’ve long suggested that funds were in place to buy Ken out, I have questioned what exists beyond that.

Sounds to me as if deal done , but awaiting EFL approval - they won't want to appear as if the fit and proper person test can be met in five minutes.

At least even if funds are not high with new owners, surely they wouldn't be as arsey as Ken when it comes to selling out

Only one year to disclose and we already know pretty well what to expect. £1million interest credit, small profit, real debts about the same as 2017 and a consultancy fee to Ken and son as a reward for getting a small fortune for Gaz M, showing an actual profit for the first time in yonks and maintaining Championship status.
