Hes not been paid, the company he owns has been paid, they may look the same but they are not, so Bolton have not paid him ( truth) , now what nobody has asked him was how much the company he owns ( which was paid) paid him, that's the question you need to ask or try and find out

you know that the official accounts clearly state he got paid?

"During the year K Anderson, via Inner Circle Sports & Media received £525,000 in consultancy fees"

and you know he then finally confirmed this himself in that email he sent to the fans?

"The Club did not pay me consultancy fees of £525,000 in 2017. This spanned 2016 and 2017 and included promotion bonuses."

so, I think that one has been cleared up, by the man himself (and his accounts)

Semantics again. He wasn't paid it in 2017, it was 2016/17 :D

He should have been a politician

Or he wasn't paid by BWFC he was paid by Inner Circle who were given the money by BWFC (or something along those lines)

As I've said before, I was raised on a rough Farnworth council estate and my parents had fuck all.

Bills got paid when the black letter arrived, not the red warning one. Or my mum took doorstep loans to pay bills in the hope things would improve in time.

The bailiffs came regularly, but we survived. My mum and dad aren't struggling now, me and my brothers have all done well enough for ourselves etc etc

Ken's the poor council tenant juggling the finances to stay afloat, part of me likes the approach and I think had he not been such a hard-nosed cunt, we might have gone under. There's no doubt that's where we were heading 3 yrs ago.

Irrespective of the league we were in, the club still needs running and Ken has been doing it pretty much singlehandedly.

PS What was Garty drawing in the Championship?

I’ll question Single handedly, he leant on ED many many times, even on the day Eddie passed away he had the begging bowl in front of Eddie.

And he had help from Warbies and the other guy (I forget his name), and the FA in regards to funds and help

I'm not talking about financial assistance as you both well know. I'm on about physically running the club.

As for suggesting he had the begging bowl out to a dying man, Mounts, you're lowering yourself to the levels of the cunts on social media. Eddie's death was unexpected but it keeps being played out that Ken was on the scrounge off a man at death's door.

I thought you were better than that.

I’m only stating a fact. It might be unpalatable but it’s true.

It doesn't clear it up actually. The word 'paid' often simply means an entry in a company's books in which one account is debited e.g. consultancy fees and another is credited e.g. a directors loan account or the loan account of a company connected to a director.

Inner Circle Sports and Media Ltd never received that amount or any other amount so the real explanation is more complex and almost certainly connected to the £472,250 Inner Circle Investments Ltd spent on gaining full control of Burnden Leisure and reaching agreement with Blumarble and the liquidator of SSBWFC, Quantuma.

Ken may well have agreed an NDA and his explanation attempts to paint a somewhat different picture. But the fact remains that c. 90% of £525,000 was spent on this other purpose within the same time frames..

As for vague recollections about some bar room chatter, sorry but I'd need a bit more to go on than that.

Oh.

Thanks for letting me know.

I'll remember to submit any future posts for your pre-approval.

Ken’s not the poor council tenant juggling the finances to stay afloat, he’s the ‘slick suit’ who’s befriended the the old bloke who bought his council house for next to nothing in the Thatcher years and has convinced him to sell it to him so he can make a few improvements and turn a quick buck.

What he didn’t realise was that it needed more than a lick of paint and a new toilet (without pull chain), he’s even borrowed money from the old bloke to make the improvements, now the old blokes died he can’t complete the job

I too was raised on a Farnworth council estate but it wasn’t rough it was normal

Kirkbrok was the pits, made chip hill look like a row of posh mews

Still does. Didn't mind going along chip hill. Used to get chills as I got closer though.

Still, never found a dead dog hidden under a sheet of cardboard in a back street round there. That was reserved for the back streets opposite Bolton School.
