Whereas Bury agreed a CVA but their owner hasn't been able to prove funding for it or the season ahead to the EFL. If FV walk away then we're in same boat as Bury in EFL's eyes. Whilst they are here and EFL are happy it will complete then they think we have proven funding in place.
