  • Don’t think ever felt as proud to be a Bolton fan. 2 kids, the wife, peteski and my old man kicking and heading every ball at the end like it was the World Cup final.  We are in it together

  • Our lot gutted, but well done your kids - showed a lot of heart (and got stuck in). Good luck for the rest of the season.

Folk either still want a club to support or they don’t.

Some are boycotting - but not like last time we had to move. For whatever reason our away support has increased over the years - even more than when we were in the PL. very strange !

Not strange really.  Lower division away games are simply more enjoyable.  Also less hassle to get to generally thanks to lower crowds, going to somewhere like Walsall compared to Villa, its just easier and better fun all round.   Who wants to be part of 800 fans in a stadium holding 50k.

Just been up to collect my 4.

No queue and they are open until 8pm tonight for anyone who needs to get one. Don't think they are on sale after that online or in person.

Still some cunt moaning to the ticket office guy while I was there. Standard.

I'd not be averse to them telling him to go and fcuk himself

When I was there someone was moaning that only 3 windows were open.  Nobody knew any tickets would be on sale till about 3 hours earlier!

I think he was moaning that he'd spent two hours online and not been able to book any.

I was there about an hour ago... The pizza hut boxes were well earned! The staff seemed in really good spirits earlier; fair play to them

Home from work, straight online. No problems , straight through and usual vantage points acquired & printed

To be fair, web site was easy enough to use

my old man was apoplectic at first when someone had booked his seat 😂

He will get over it I’m sure

Looking forward to this, same team as last week?

See post above Birch , team younger than last week.

The game is on that’s the main thing

we will get beat as we will most weeks until this is sorted & players can be brought in

anyway 11/2😀

I suspect Oz has spat his dummy out at Billy Idle getting his transfer to Hull

Mate text me from the queue saying someone was kicking off because they couldn't buy a season ticket

But, outside the social media bubble, it's surprising how not up to speed some people are about goings on.

or

there is nothing wrong and we will have a younger team due to injuries

Sorted our tickets out,  AL2 in the WSL, for a bargain £20.00,  looking forward to watching our kids play tomorrow, COYWM.

You know what that really hit home today. Sat in Dublin airport waiting for a delayed flight I was listening to “The Wanderer” podcast. Bloke taps me on the shoulder as he could see the screen on my phone. I won’t bore you with the full rant but it ended up “That fucking club isn’t getting another penny out of me until they learn to sort their own shit out”

i mean where do you start with people like that??

You don’t, pal.

I started chatting to a guy at Silverdale last year. He was walking past me as my Mrs was shopping. I was loitering outside and he had a Wanderers sweatshirt on.

Asked him if he had been to the game the day before and he said that he hadn’t been for ages coz it was too much trouble.

I asked where he lived and he replied ‘Lostock’.

I just gave up straight away and wished him all the best.

You just know when you’re wasting your breath.

I find it with some of my mates too who dont use Twitter and Facebook etc, envy them in a way for not being sucked in but the up to the minute updates are essential now

For example though I'll meet some of them tomorrow and if I mentioned the "az it bin dun?" thing, they wouldn't have a clue what I'm on about.

Spoke to one bloke last night, didn't even know about the Bassini in front of the statue event.

Lucky bugger!

Nowt wrong with the wireless, a daily hard copy of the BN, and a chinwag down the boozer with your mates. Then off to the game Saturday.

Would anyone like Bassini to be right all along?

History isn't great and his M.O. is dodgy at best but God loves a tryer.

Looking like the devil or the deep blue sea so what we got to lose?

Fast riders on the outside,, Hold Tight!!!.

He’s still planning on going

He'll have to wear a wig and pay £20 like everyone else.

If it was just FV, I'd listen to negative stuff

But MJ buys em lots of credit

Don't let us down Michael

And no. I don't expect you to spunk your kids inheritance
