Admin is a complex business and there will be costs and claims in there that fv will be disputing and rightly so. This isn’t unusual. Quite. They (fv) have kept their counsel. It's others putting out rumours and suggestions. I've no concerns about their ability to pay the bills. Not their desire to put us on a sustainable footing.

And that the money they put in iirc was via loan notes and is repayable I’m 30months as such any club owner would be prudent to be looking forward and taking that into account plus we never believed well I didn’t that there was pots of cash available so I’m not sure what anyone’s getting uptight about. folk need to chill the fuck out and let them do what they are doing. They’ve done a wonderful job so far so why don’t we just let them get on with it instead of the hysteria starting again They're getting uptight because they're concerned that we might be about to fall back into financial difficulties. Those concerns might well be misplaced but it's not a surprise that people are particular sensitive about it given what we've experienced in recent years.

They crave us in the news. if I don’t understand something I try and find someone who does to help me understand. I don’t launch full scale panic without getting the facts or as close to facts as I can. people who get uptight about shit like this should stop reading the press and come off social media as it’s only going to end in people wetting the bed Edited January 25, 20206 yr by Escobarp

To be fair, the "this year" referred to in the statement meant 2019, not 2020. People read that and then read that it's still not settled and they're going to start panicking. But then I suppose that's one of the reasons FV are so reticent to comment on these things publicly. I hope we're challenging as much of the £660,000 fee owed to the "football consultant" anyway.

It depends whether the consultant is classed as a football creditor or not. But we will only find out if it turns nasty anyway. I maybe have too much faith in the current owners but I believe if we had some issues due unexpected cos or something then they would release some form of a statement as I believe they are very mindful of what we have already been through in the last few years. Let’s hope I’m right anyway
January 25, 20206 yr I can’t see such experienced and successful business people buying the club without having the funds in place to run the club, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they were looking for investors to take us forward or a even a potential buyer to sell the club too and make a quick if not big profit. Time will tell.
January 25, 20206 yr We're in good hands. If FV had come in promising Premier League and UEFA cup within x years I'd be concerned. They never said they had millions to pour into BWFC, and further investment was always going to be the main priority. They have done everything they said they would, and Kenyons involvement just goes to prove it. Sleep easy lads, lasses and others. In Aunty Sharon we trust.

You need to get this idea they make be looking for a quick profit right out of your head Sharron brittan is comfortably wealthy She doesn't need to own a football club But, she wants to This ain't a cash cow for her, it's a life experience A challenge

Exactly If some loon wanted to must 500 million in Other than that, everything SB says is that it's her dream and she wants to show folk there's other ways to run football clubs
January 25, 20206 yr I agree, reckon Sharon wants to be in for a while at least. I suppose having a Bolton fan alongside helps too. A silly offer may turn heads I suppose, but it's hard to see why that would happen. Perhaps if there's an upturn once embargo has gone.
January 25, 20206 yr 2 things... 1. the story emanated from the Daily fucking Mail 2. the word speculation.

Disagree completely. From the way she talks and the things they're looking to implement, this is a long term project. She's not some loon like Bassini
January 26, 20206 yr I don’t think talk of investment in our club is healthy, we can’t spend it on players or wages so what is there to get excited about? Sharon said they have a three year plan, I can understand getting investment then, but what is the point now? I’m not a business man and never will be, but I’d of thought whilst under a embargo we are limited to what can be spent.
