Got 4 for tomorrow so what’s the crack scan one and pass the phone back😀

If you’re all iPhone wankers then you can share each individual ticket so they have it on their phone as well. Or similarly you could just forward them all the email.

opening upper tiers for away fans would be a game changer, i think, in terms of security requirements

Not too big an issue other than taking out the first few rows of the upper. Don’t forget that in our later years in the Prem, away fans used to have the full South Upper with Bolton fans directly below them in half of the lower tier.

Spoke to a bloke at the ticket office today about a season ticket issue, he reckoned there were 10,500 tickets sold for tomorrow including Sun'lun fans - Piss poor if he's correct.

Thought someone said 8k home tickets had been sold few days ago

10.5k would be a shambles if true

He did sound a bit of a numpty kid tbh, i'd be disappointed if we can't raise 10k home fans for this.

I think we just get through this non season ticket period and start to take attendances seriously after that.  I'd be surprised if any club in the top 5 divisions have played league games this far into the season without the boost of season ticket sales for the last 40 years.  So crowds cant be compared either with our history or with any other clubs.  And anyway being a thousand points adrift with no strikers in the squad is probably another first.  Completely unique, just grin and bear it for a bit.

Quality not quantity. Latter will return.

Cov and Oxford have been most engaging fixtures from a fan POV for a long time. Said to my eldest on Tuesday that NSL started a few rallies of chants with sparser numbers than previous seasons. WSL massive all joining in ... it’s building momentum and the moaners will become the exception. Fuck em.

Agreed. If we play like we did on Tuesday, won’t be any issue getting a cracking atmosphere cranked up.

Sure, we want to win but being entertained also helps. I enjoyed Tuesday more than most games over the last 4 or 5 years

Not really imo. It’s hard to compare as I suppose there hasn’t been a situation like ours before where season ticket holders are shelling out still for tickets etc.

Not a dig at the club but our crowd is all walk on which is pretty much at the 6-7k Mark got cup games etc.

The runaway wardrobe game I think.

Yep I was there, started doing every home game season before, that period, the crowds, the football, the event cemented my love of BWFC, they were truly different times for football, the crowd noise and passion for BWFC we’re on a different level.

Looking forward to this following Tuesdays performance and can see KH starting the same team.

Unless one of the strikers are fit, I'd also go again with the same team.

Aye... but missed the kick off due to huge queues down the street at the back of the Lever End & you could still feel the atmosphere from outside.

Today.......unless one of the strikers is fit, I don't expect any changes. Sadly it's hard to see where a goal is coming from, without Wheavers we've not even been a threat from set pieces.   One thing, i hope that if we concede a goal, it doesn't open the floodgates like it has in previous games.....hopefully the more experienced players will be more canny than to go wildly chasing an equaliser.
