After only 2 games these lads already look like a team, something that's been lacking for a couple of years. I'm not that bothered if our points deduction proves too much and we get relegated, i

Same with me, I've got a mate who lives up there in Durham, his brother only just left Sunderland's academy. I'll be going up to Sunderland in the reverse fixture

Aye, always got on my tits this lot.

My first and only eviction from the Reebok might have something to do with it. 😊

Cracking atmosphere in Lever End that day, hoping for giant killing, Div 3 v Div 1. Lee Chapman spoiled it, scored his first goals for Sunderland.  0-3 in the end.

They should get more than 4k allocated if both tiers?  A pity season tickets dont start with this game as that will take a few thousand off the official gate, if not the bums on seats.

Aye they outclassed us that day.

I remember a massive blaze that night after the game in a mill near Derby St.

I got a lift to the ground that day off a couple of makem blokes that stopped me for directions on Deane rd.

Sent em for a pint in the Alma.

We saw you cry on Netflix

8 - 2 to Sunderland

Edited by deane koontz

1-1

Us - 0

Sunderland - Many

Can't see beyond a horrible defeat but it will be good to see a decent crowd on

Just tried to book my ticket on the official website for this match. The pop up keeps saying I don't have the correct privileges to buy that ticket, even though I've used it twice in the past. What's that all about?

What have you used twice in the past

Online ticketing?

For some reason when I try to buy tickets it diverts me to iFollow and denies my password

Soon as I go on the Tickets>Buy Tickets drop-down at the top it's fine and I can log in and buy

Guess that there's a few glitches in the system which isn't surprising at the moment

Yes, for the Coventry and Ipswich games.

Sunderland fans turning on there manager it seems, most reckon he will be gone if they lose to us, which is unbelievable really since they are 4th in the league with a game in hand!

People outside the club always praised parky.

I'm loathe to criticize a fan base without knowing how shit the footy is.
