Another stunning coincidence that a drop has coincided with tighter restrictions/lockdown.

We're already Billions of pounds in hock because of this pandemic, it almost seems like penny pinching to ask you to do "non paid" shifts. In fact, I'd go as far to say it's disgraceful, anything outside your contracted hours we should be rewarding you with double time and a reacharound from the nurse/consultant of your choice, as a minimum
