Seems some want it to get worse

It would appear that way sadly. Won’t just be on here either as an isolated incident. There are hoardes who seem to want it worse so they can blame the government it’s a bizarre world we are living in

but they Will try and defend the indefensible.

Care to present your evidence?

There's folk on here not content with only getting Tory cocks in their mouths

Theyll not be happy til the ball sack is stuffed in

What about those folk that have never voted tory in their lives but are sick to death of politically motivated clowns? Or does that not fit your storyline? Guessing not

And I’m simply asking about those who don’t and have never voted tory as per your statement. I’m just asking where they fit into your reasoning that’s all

Thankfully none on here as most on here seem quite sensible in a way. Got a friend on Facebook who is one post away from a delete and shitty email. Cheering that Boris got I'll, then calling for him to be sacked as he's not back in work.

Slated every decision the government have made even to the point of contradicting himself..last night sharing a pro eu page stating that Boris should be put in prison.

The government can't do right for wrong in some eyes

I'm calling bollocks

Sorry I should re word it, some seem unhappy that the government have dealt with it as well as they have and are picking at bones mid crisis..

Im not sure where never having voted tory comes into it

There's people on here swallow everything from Tory hq as gospel

Maybe it's some belief that being unquestioning is somehow helpful to the effort

Not a view I subscribe too

Cheers for the explanation

However, I don't share your view they've dealt well with it

Could be been worse, but it's never a 7/10

My wifes one if the 1.5m at risk.

They've done everything practicable to make sure she is safe, offered food parcels, help lines etc,

Had she caught it, she would be a statistic,  a large chunk of the dead would have come from that 1.5 million shielded,  by putting that in place its saved thousands of lives.

Different view points depending on your perspective I suppose.

Now - a few hours after Downing Street suggested Sir Simon had "misspoken" - the civil servant has issued a retraction. Sir Simon said his comments were wrong and had been made "due to a misunderstanding".

Some awfully wet beds in the left Leaning commie households this evening. Bless their little cotton socks

The important thing is not to make it political though, eh? Christ.

Perhaps it was just a misunderstanding, but in that hearing he came across as a man desperately trying to reconcile a responsibility to be diplomatic and a moral compulsion to tell the truth.

Escobarp - admits he's never voted in his life apart from the EU referendum, yet suddenly labels anyone who doesn't suck Tory cock as a "Leftie Commie". Obviously had a massive gulp of the Cool Aid this lad.

Not sure I agree with not making this political, this is what politics is all about

The 2008 crash was a once in a hundred years financial crisis that led to a broader economic crisis that led to massive government debt

This is a once in a hundred years health crisis that’s led to a broader economic crisis that’s leading to massive government debt

2008 was politicised heavily, Covid will be also, as will every other cris that follows.

I don’t think the press have been overly negative, it’s been a reasonable portrayal of where we find ourselves for me, it’s a bit of a shit show, you can’t polish a turd
