That was one of the loveliest things to ever happen. Stood in my garden sobbing like a baby! Proud to work for the NHS 👏👏👏👏❤️

Looking at France, Spain and to a lesser extent Italy, they all seemed to see a steeper drop off this far off the peak. Although we have an overall downward trend we seem to be having a bumpier ride.

Is there an understanding of where new infection is taking place? The household transmission of people who were infected at lockdown must surely be concluded by now, so where are these new infections taking place?

You can see the comparisons on the link below - bit worrying to me that we arent seing any change in the hospitals for 10 days.

There are some stats somewhere showing where these infections are taking place - I'll try and find them. 150 ish deaths per day in the community suggests infections outside of London and care homes were continuing at the same rate 2-3 weeks ago, about 25K new every day, hopefully it will reduce in the next few weeks.

No watched the DB, but good on Bozza for not bowing to the media, Cummings has broken the rules like thousands of others, and they are alll still in a job no matter what their employment status is.

Plus its a pissed a few off on here 😁

Aye, let's face it, we never had lockdown really

Pubs were asked to close and we were urged to stay at home, but really you could do what you wanted

BJ and co passed the responsibility onto the people, so no point in making an example of Cummings when he did what plenty of others did in ignoring the advice (even though it was his own advice)

I’m just acting on instinct

I instinctively need to see my mates and eat grilled meat with them.

Bet Keunssberg batters this BBC bloke for fucking up his big chance here on live TV

BBQs are a bit shite anyway? Unless you have one of those American units that are about the size of a house

It is what it is.

I’m acting on instinct in line with Dominic’s Law.

Aye

Do what we want time

Not sure why we have exhausted ourselves for 10 weeks working full time whilst having the kids, should have just got my Mum in as childcare is enough of a reason to break the rules

Dead right.

there’ll be some parties this week up and down the country, that’s for sure.

I’m in Bolton this week as it happens. I was always coming down before any of this blew up. Down for 5 days Tuesday to Sunday staying with my mum. Again allowed under the rules. Me and the missus having time apart. All above board.

if anyone wants any haggis or Scottish beers bringing down please let me know 👍🏼

It certainly is. All credibility is gone for this government advice now.

Can you have family round now to watch your kids? Wasn’t aware of that development

No but you can send them there if there are safeguarding issues

You say that as if they ever had any in your eyes? They could personally make a vaccine in number ten and save the world and you would trawl out the usual tripe with the Magnificent seven

Any control over the message is totally, totally out of their hands now. Imagine them trying to invoke a second lockdown due to a spike in a month or two's time? Not a fucking hope in hell.

Open everything, restart everything, full whack, and leave it up to the individual whether they take advantage of it or not.

Did anybody expect a different outcome?

I certainly didn’t.

Know your place boys and girls, know your place.

These fuckers act how they want, with no comeback. Always have done, always will do. Nowt changes.

It was all a bit trumpesque for me

Not answering questions and clearly getting rattled
